Resource and Expand Women Entrepreneurs

Many women are not economically inactive. They are economically constrained. This pathway supports women who are already working to move from survival-mode income generation toward sustainable enterprise growth and long-term financial security.

We do this by combining practical business development support, mentorship, and market linkages with access to affordable capital through seed grants, low-interest loans, chamas, SACCOs, and digital financial products that reflect how women actually earn and manage money.

Data Insights

Real solutions require real data and most financial systems are built on data that does not reflect women’s realities.

FemDigiNomics combines community-generated data, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to surface what traditional indicators miss: income volatility, care burdens, household decision-making, and more. These insights power a Women’s Financial Inclusion and Lending Readiness Scorecard and evidence products that help governments, financial institutions, and investors build more equitable systems at scale.

Transform Social Norms

Economic tools alone are not enough. Women’s ability to earn, save, move freely, and lead is shaped by the social rules that govern their lives and this pathway targets those rules directly.

By integrating economic empowerment, care redistribution, bodily autonomy, violence prevention, and women’s leadership, we work to build a social environment where women can access and benefit from resources safely, freely, and with full dignity.
